By using the Kiwi Taxi mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Affiliate program disclaimer

The app is a partner application under the Kiwi Taxi affiliate program. Kiwi Taxi does not act as a transportation provider and does not provide transportation services.

3. Bookings and payments

All requests, bookings, and payments are accepted and processed by IT Travel LP, Suite 4054 Mitchell House, 5 Mitchell Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH6 7BD, registration number in the UK — SL24264.

4. Use of the app

You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws and for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its operation.

5. No warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding the app, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

7. Third-party services

Where the app contains links to third-party services, such services are governed by the third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
